Governed agentic AI, in production.
Most AI governance advice comes from people who have not shipped, and most AI delivery comes from people who have not governed. This practice was built on doing both. In his operating role in Canadian critical public infrastructure — not as a Robotiqa engagement — the principal initiated and shaped a governed agentic-AI modernization programme that took agentic AI into production inside a purpose-built governance framework, cut delivery cycles from roughly six months to six weeks, and had its savings acknowledged in the millions.
